  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)

Return Policy Overview

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required
  • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, swimwear (if hygiene tags are removed), or undergarments unless they arrive defective.

How to Return an Item

Refund Process
